Theresa joined Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty in 1994 and formed The Grant Group in 2008. In 2016 she refreshed her team to Theresa Grant & Associates Real Estate Partners. She has been a consistent top producing agent within the Coldwell Banker family, winning annual awards for production including Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite. She has been the only agent within Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty’s 20 year history to be awarded a “Top Ten Regional Team” award from Coldwell Banker Real Estate, and in 2013 was named one of Realtrend’s “America’s Best Real Estate Agents – California Individuals”.  In 2021, Theresa upgraded her real estate license from Real Estate Salesperson to Real Estate Broker. In 2023, she completed training to become a Professional Development Coach and she focuses solely on real estate agents to help them succeed as professionals.
